How can I be notified of sale promotions?

When does the EOFY sale run?
Our EOFY sale runs from 23rd–29th June 2026. Mark your calendar!
Can I change or add products to my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or additions. If you’d like to order additional products, you’re welcome to place a new order — and if it qualifies, it’ll be eligible for free shipping and the gift with purchase too.
What happens if an item sells out?
During sale periods, popular products can sell out quickly. If something sells out, we’ll do our best to restock — but we can’t guarantee availability during the sale window. We’d recommend grabbing your favourites early!
Will sold-out products be restocked during the sale?
We’ll restock where we can, but we’re unable to guarantee items will come back in stock before the sale ends. If a product you love sells out, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page so you’re first to know.
Can sale offers be used with other discounts or promo codes?
Sale prices cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers unless stated otherwise. Only one discount can be applied per order.
Do I get a gift with purchase during the sale?
Yes! Orders over $140 include a free gift with purchase. Please note the gift is pre-selected and cannot be swapped or substituted — but we think you’ll love it!
Promotions such as 'free gift with purchase' are limited and subject to availability, apply to completed orders only, and items shown in the cart may be removed if no longer available at checkout.
Do I get free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 qualify for free shipping automatically. No code needed, it’ll be applied at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as we can. During sale periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual due to higher order volumes — thank you so much for your patience! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@imnutrients.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has left our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to redirect it.

Can I receive a price adjustment for an order placed outside the sale period?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or price adjustments on orders placed before a sale begins or after a sale has ended. Promotional pricing and offers are only available during the advertised sale period.
We regularly notify our email and SMS subscribers about upcoming sales and promotions, so we recommend staying subscribed to be among the first to know about future offers and discounts.

Managing Your Subscription
Where do I Manage my Subscription?
You can login and edit your subscription details at any time via our Account Login page.
Order Changes
You will receive a notification email 24 hours before your subscription order is processed. This is the final window to make changes.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellation is not possible.
