Directions of use
Brain DHA Cut the soft gel and squeeze into your child's mouth or onto food. Older children may chew the capsule whole adult supervision required.
- 12–24 months: 1 capsule
- 2–4 years: 2 capsules
- 5–13+ years: 2 capsules (chewable)
Calm Mind Chew tablet with food. Do not swallow whole. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- 6–11 years: 1 tablet, once daily
- 12+ years: 1 tablet, twice daily
Elderberry Immune Chew pastille - do not swallow whole.
- 2–4 years: 1 pastille, once daily
- 5–9 years: 1 pastille, twice daily
- 10–13 years: 1 pastille, 2–3 times daily
- 14+ years: 2 pastilles, twice daily
Fussy Essentials Chew tablet - do not swallow whole. If unable to chew, crush and mix with water, yoghurt, or honey and consume immediately.
- 2–8 years: 1 tablet, once daily
- 9–13 years: 2 tablets, once daily
Iron Immunity Chew tablet with food - do not swallow whole. Maximum 2 tablets per day. If unable to chew, crush and mix with water, yoghurt, or honey and consume immediately. Or as directed by your health professional.

Yes, every product suitable for your child’s age can be taken on the same day. The one exception: Calm Mind and Iron Immunity are best given at different times of day — one in the morning, one later. Always follow each label.
What ages are the products suitable for?
Brain DHA from 12 months; Elderberry Immune, Fussy Essentials, Iron Immunity and Party Pooper from 2 years; Calm Mind from 6 years. See the dose guide for your child’s age.
Do they need to be taken with food?
Calm Mind and Iron Immunity are chewed with food. The others can be taken with or without food unless the label says otherwise.
Is there added gluten?
